Hot Stone Therapy - An ancient therapy using heated stones and various massage techniques to relax your body at its deepest level, creating harmony and a positive flow of energy through your whole body. *

Deep Tissue Massage - Releases stress and tension from the physical body, leaving you relaxed and rejuvinated. This is good for old injuries, chronic conditions and trapped emotions. *

Foot Massage - Pressure is applied to reflexes on the feet to relieve tension, improve circulation and promote healing inn the body. Hot stones are used with a blend of aromatherapy oils. *

Indian Head Massage - Has been practised in India for over 3000 years. It works on the head neck and shoulders to relieve stress and tension. A strong but gentle rhythmic massage is used to relax the muscles, encourage healing and stimulate hair growth. *

Chakra Balancing Treatment- Healing crystals are placed on the Chakras top bring them into balance and alignment. The crystals dissolve stress, remove blockages, neutralize negative energies, draws energy away from over stimulated areas and re-energize your whole being. Appropriate to have at the end of other treatments.

Reiki - Helps to release blockages and energy imbalances through the natural flow of ki within our bodies. It works not only on the physical body but also on the emotional, mental and spiritual bodies promoting a sense of relaxation, harmony and balance. *

The Mackenzie Massage - A 2 hour treatment incorperating a full body deep tissue massage with Hot Stone placements, Indian Head Massage, Chakra balacing and Reiki.

Ear Candling - Hollow tubes are placed in the ears and lit, they burn down and draw out wax and Candida from the ear. Instant relief from ear ache. Alternative to ear syringing. *

Flower Essence Consultations - Flower essences are a unique form of vibrational medicine that is useful for when you are feeling physically, emotionally or spiritually out of alignment. They are powerful in re-balancing the subtle energy on all levels, bringing the body back into balance. You take away your own flower essence for your own individual needs.
